Local Contractor Beautifies Area Beaches

Team Parks, Inc, a Stuart, FL based Commercial and Residential Contractor spent the morning of Saturday, June 5th cleaning a 6 mile stretch of beach in Martin County along Stuart Public Beach. Over thirty employees, family, and friends gathered to support the effort. The group collected over 700lbs of trash consisting of plastic, metal and miscellaneous debris.
Ralph Parks, President of Team Parks Inc. says, “The environment and our community are very important to us. We all live and play on the Treasure Coast, and consider it a privilege to be able to enjoy this wonderful area. We encourage our employees to play an active role, and hope to instill a sense of pride in our beaches.”
Craig Mahan, President of Concrete Resurfacing Specialists, Inc,, who joined Team Parks in the cleanup says, “I was surprised by the amount of plastic and debris we all collected and I felt this was a great way to give back to our community”.
