Team Parks, Inc. was awarded the West Jensen Retail project in Jensen Beach, FL. This project consists of construction of 20,000 Square Feet of future retail and full site development.
Project Manager Brett Zurich says, “We are very excited to begin work on this project. There will be some unique challenges during construction including coordination with an existing facility to maintain access, protection of wetland areas and an expedited time frame. The building has some very interesting design features and will be beautiful when finished.”
