Team Parks, Inc. recently completed the tenant improvement for Dr. Yanique Duval MD, P.A.
The project was completed 90 days from receipt of building permit.
Work consisted of an interior medical office build-out of approximately 3,600 square feet of space in 11 offices, reception area, medical records area, children’s waiting area, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchen areas, and a large conference room.
