Team Parks is a proud member of the Florida Green Building Coalition, U.S. Green Building Coalition (USGBC), South Florida Chapter of the USGBC, and Treasure Coast Builders Association.
Our firm is dedicated to smart and efficient design, planning, and construction of green projects, and has been at the forefront of green building in Southeast Florida. We have experience in both commercial and residential green projects. On staff, we have a LEEP AP for the US Green Building Council, as well as a Certifying Agent for the Florida Green Building Coalition. We strive to introduce these green concepts to interested clients in a manner that weighs the life-cycle cost impacts of any decision to pursue this type of construction.
